Rental Requirements

Use this checklist to prepare your account, jobsite and operator information. Machine-specific requirements are confirmed with your quote.

Customer information

Legal business or individual name, authorized contact, billing address, mobile number and email.

Government-issued identification for the authorized renter or pickup representative when requested.

A current certificate of insurance and requested endorsements appropriate for the machine and transportation method.

Accurate address, site contact, dates, access conditions, unloading area and known hazards.

The deposit, authorization or approved account terms stated in the confirmed quote and rental agreement.

The agreement must be completed by an authorized signer before equipment is released or dispatched.

The renter must provide a trained, competent and authorized operator for the selected equipment.

The site must accommodate the delivery vehicle and machine without unacceptable hazards or obstructions.
