Proof of coverage
Before delivery or pickup, the renter must provide proof of insurance acceptable to Iron Falcon Equipment Leasing. Required coverage and limits may vary by machine, jobsite and rental term.
- Commercial general liability coverage
- Property or inland-marine coverage for rented equipment
- Automobile coverage when the renter transports equipment
- Workers’ compensation coverage when required for the renter’s operations
Certificates and endorsements
When requested, the certificate must identify the rented equipment and rental dates and name Iron Falcon Equipment Leasing, LLC as an additional insured and loss payee, as applicable. Coverage must remain active through the completed return and acceptance of the equipment.
- Certificates are subject to verification
- Expired or incomplete documentation may delay delivery
- A certificate does not replace the renter’s obligations under the signed lease
