Delivery scheduling
Delivery windows are coordinated after availability, pricing, insurance and the signed rental agreement are confirmed. Requested times are not guaranteed until Iron Falcon provides confirmation.
- A responsible jobsite contact must be reachable
- The delivery address and equipment placement area must be accurate
- Delays caused by restricted access or an unprepared site may result in additional charges
Safe access
The renter is responsible for providing legal, stable and unobstructed access suitable for the delivery vehicle and rented machine.
- Disclose gates, grade changes, overhead lines and soft ground
- Secure required permits and traffic control
- Keep people, vehicles and materials clear of loading and unloading areas
- Iron Falcon may decline an unsafe delivery or pickup attempt
