Submitting a website form is a request for availability only. It does not reserve equipment, establish final pricing or create a rental agreement. A rental is confirmed only after Iron Falcon approves the request and all required documents, payment arrangements and signatures are complete.
Availability and pricing
Equipment availability, rates, taxes, delivery, pickup, deposits and additional charges are confirmed directly. Quotes may be limited by date, machine, location and availability.
Renter obligations
The renter must provide accurate information, protect the equipment, use qualified operators, follow manufacturer instructions, maintain safe site conditions and comply with the signed agreement.
Website information
Specifications and photographs are provided to help identify equipment. Actual configuration, attachments, weight and capacity may vary. Confirm all critical requirements with Iron Falcon before use.
Controlling agreement
The signed rental agreement and confirmed quote control the transaction. If a website summary differs from those documents, the signed agreement and quote govern.
