Ending the rental
Equipment remains on rent until the off-rent procedure in the signed agreement is completed. A request for pickup does not by itself end responsibility for the machine.
- Contact Iron Falcon using the number or method shown on the agreement
- Keep the machine secured and protected until collected
- Return keys, manuals, attachments and accessories with the machine
- Remove personal property and jobsite materials
Pickup condition
Equipment must be parked in a safe, accessible loading area. It should be reasonably clean and in the condition required by the rental agreement, allowing for ordinary wear.
- Additional attempts may be charged when pickup access is blocked
- Excessive cleaning, disposal and recovery charges may apply
- Final inspection may occur after transportation to Iron Falcon’s facility
