Renter responsibility
From delivery or pickup until Iron Falcon accepts the returned equipment, the renter is responsible for custody, security and proper use of the machine, subject to the signed rental agreement.
- Immediately report damage, theft, collision, rollover or vandalism
- Do not continue operating unsafe or damaged equipment
- Do not authorize repairs without written approval
- Preserve photographs, incident information and police reports when applicable
Inspection and charges
Iron Falcon may inspect equipment after return. The renter may be charged as permitted by the signed agreement for loss, cleaning beyond ordinary use, unauthorized repairs, missing parts, tire or track damage, abuse, contamination and downtime associated with covered damage.
- Ordinary wear is evaluated separately from misuse or damage
- Damage waivers, when offered, are not insurance and remain subject to exclusions
- The signed lease determines final responsibility and remedies
